Heuchera 'Marvelous Marble' (American alum root 'Marvelous Marble') is a member of the Saxifragaceae family. This perennial exhibits a clump forming growth habit and is characterised by its evergreen foliage. It has a hardiness rating of hardy (very cold winter [-20 to -15ºc]) and is hardy throughout the UK and northern Europe, with many plants grown in containers becoming damaged unless given protection.
When fully mature, Heuchera 'Marvelous Marble' can reach an ultimate height of 0.5–1 metres and a spread of 0.1–0.5 metres. For optimal growth, it prefers an east–facing, south–facing, or west–facing aspect and an exposed or sheltered position. It thrives best in chalk, loam, or sand soil types.
