Cornus kousa 'Milky Way' (kousa 'Milky Way') is a member of the Cornaceae family. This deciduous shrub exhibits a bushy growth habit and is characterised by its deciduous foliage. It has a hardiness rating of hardy (very cold winter [-20 to -15ºc]) and is hardy throughout the UK and northern Europe, with many plants grown in containers becoming damaged unless given protection.

For optimal growth, it prefers a south–facing, west–facing, or east–facing aspect and a sheltered or exposed position.
